We ensure that all the team members or players or office bearers, those perform in leading and key role, volunteers and technical staff a proper in house training and out sourced to enable them to meet the requirement of International Standard Association to play their role in competent style.
Developing Priorities

Maximum Participation
Produce maximum player participation in all regional countries through the wheelchair cricket development program 2023-2027 especially for young and talented wheelchair confined persons with disabilities.

Short Format Competition
Develop short format limited overs wheelchair cricket matches in very poor and un-develop areas of the member countries for regular game activity for PWDs with very short budget at short time but conduct in many places throughout the country.

Strategic Partnerships
Seek out supporting partner within our PWDs community people and Disable People Organizations of the member countries of ICWC work together with collaborations to give public awareness through the game of wheelchair cricket, emphasis for the player development, Character building, education, and provide professionalism and expertise in both the playing and administration of this game.

National level Events
To ensure to organize a calendar year domestic event plan in different parts of the country in major cities and rural areas and produce national level wheelchair cricket players and polish them by training for international contest.

International Competition
Ensure to plan with the support of the public and private sector stakeholders to organize international wheelchair cricket series at home and abroad.
